About Me.
I always enjoyed tinkering with stuff. During 2020 I found my love for coding by messing about with VBA for Excel spreadsheets while using the lockdown to upskill myself. This soon led me down the rabbit whole of following endless tutorials for all kinds of programming languages. When I finally discovered that Java and JavaScript are completely different languages, I realised I wanted to study Computer Science rather than just code as a hobby. This is when I decided to leave my previous career as Senior Manager of Training and Compliance for a Fundraising B Corp and applied to study a general Computer Science degree at Aberystwyth University. To this day, I still believe this was one of the best choices I ever made, especially after it enabled me to make a childhood dream come true and work as a Game Developer!

Education
Sep 2021 - Jul 2026
Aberystwyth University is located in a beautiful small town at the coast. Its' Computer Science department is known for pioneering research in Intelligent Robotics, Bioinformatics and Advanced Reasoning (AI) and Algorithms. In my degree I primarily focused on Software Engineering modules and AI, though I also have a strong foundation in Computer Hardware and System Engineering.
Accomplishments:
- Best overall Foundation Year Award out of 50 students
- Finished Year 1&2 with overall first class marks
- Highest marks achieved in:
Programming in C & C++, Machine Learning, System Engineering
BSc. Computer Science
Aberystwyth University

Work Experience
Jul 2024 - Sep 2025
Game Software Developer
@ EA Sports / Codemasters
2015-2021
Fundraiser and Manager
Previously I worked on behalf of a few different non-profit organizations, tackling homelessness, providing education for women world wide and responding to disasters. I worked my way up from Fundraiser to Senior Management level as Head of Training and Compliance, before discovering my passion for coding during the pandemic.
During my Year in the Industry I was able to make a dream come true and joined the F1 25 Development team as Software Engineer. I was able to witness the full game development process of a AAA studio and helped ship F1 25. During my internship I worked primarily as part of the UI team, though it was my close collaboration with the Game and Network team and designing a new telemtry system that lead to me being offered an extension to my contract at the end of the year.
